just for y'all interest: the camera tracker is a feature only available in the Studio version and not in the free Davinci Resolve. No hate, but I would like to see resembling this in the video title like "3D GLITCH EFFECT - Davinci Resolve Studio Fusion Tutorial" for all users of the free Davinci Resolve knowing right from the start why they should get the Studio version. 😅
@JamieFenn4 жыл бұрын
I don't feel as if the responsibility of the viewer's knowledge using software is my responsibility. Maybe it is? I would have to say whether its in the free version or not in EVERY video. And to be honest, I only use the studio version and don't know what features lack in the free version anymore with the new updated DR.
@zorrothebug4 жыл бұрын
@@JamieFenn It's not _responsibility_ to know what your viewers are using, but omitting "Studio" is misleading viewers of the free version and they will be disappointed which then will hit your views in a negative way for follow up tutorial videos. If the paid version would be called "Davinci Resolve" and the free version would be called "Davinci Resolve Free" would you still label all your video titles "xyz Tutorial Davinci Resolve Free"? The "Studio" is the distinction to know you are using the paid/full version. Just don't exclude it in the titles of your videos. If you are doing a tutorial which used features are all included in the free version, even better and you're exceeding expectations. The other way round it is disappointing all users of the free version when they discover they can't follow your tutorial because the functionality isn't in their version. I don't want to tell you what you have to do, don't get me wrong. I want to help you get satisfied and happy viewers which will then subscribe, upvote your videos and are eager to watch the next. Have a wonderful day, I love your tutorials.
