Such an important topic, yet very few views and no comments 😮. Thank you for the video guys. Is there a method to actually calculate/estimate the load during track use? E.g. let's take a medium sized sedan, where the static load on the heaviest axis would be around 450kg. What would the rule of thumb for ocasional track use? Would a 700kg rated rim be enough?

This is an extremely important topic but I get really frustrated trying to find this info online. Most manufacturers (conspicuously including konig) just don't make it easy to find.

What don't we make easy to find? All of our load ratings for every wheel are located on our website. We make videos regularly about load rating and how important it is when fitting wheels to your car... If you need any help with load rating specifically, let us know!

@@konigwheels There seem to be many rim styles that don't show it. I do see load ratings on all the offroad rims and some of the flow formed. But if I click on 'specs and sizing' from most individual wheels pages (especially in mainline) I don't see any load ratings shown. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place but that seems like where I should be able to find it.

To be fair. They make this information easy to find.

@@Warrantti If you insist. But also to be fair, I just went to their webstie right now, clicked on "Main Line" then randomly clicked on several models, then clicked on "Specs & Sizing" and none of them showed load rating. The models I clicked on were Tandem, Intention, Crown, Rewind, and Incident. If click on "Flow Formed" and do the same thing I have much better luck. I do see load ratings for MRK1, Hexaform, and Ultragram but not for Ampliform or Dial-In. If there's anywhere else that the load information is posted, I must have missed it but I can't fathom why it wouldn't be made available from the product info/spec&sizing tables.

@@ExaltedDuck I changed my mind. Many of the wheels are missing load rating values.
