In Skalitz you can sneak in the upper floor of the main shop to get sneak level 12 in like 30 mins, then you can stealth kill all the guards (stealth skill determines succes rate) and then you can take axe or butcher knife and rightclick horses that are next to the fathers forge to train streanght and agility. Sheep and Cows are good for bow training.
