I'd love to see more sts vids of you trying to make "lower powered" cards work. I really enjoyed the signature move vid, as i could never get it to work. Now i have since finished a number of 10+ runs with it due to learning better strategies from your vid. Just learning to better utilise various cards is something i like (can only watch so many shiv decks).

Just had my first crazy busted focus run. Floor two and floor three consume and defrag. First boss gave me biased cog and inserter. Late act 3 got orange pellets and creative AI. My block game was so insane that I was farming act 3 elites and the act 4 elites for hp, with bites. An absolute blast to play

The thing I really like about the Defect's power builds is that once you have Storm and Heatsinks, Self-Repair actually does something in fights where you don't need or can't use the post-combat healing. On low ascensions it's normally a dead draw against every boss. Granted, that's on low ascensions, but still.

You know what I'd like to see? Isaac challenge runs from Viewers. I've been wondering if a Shard of Glass + the thing that gets you to 0.5 Red Hearts at the start of the floor + Vampirism and Placenta would make for an interesting challenge for example, but I doubt you would enjoy it much since it is VERY anti-min-max. But in general, these typw of challenges could be fun!
