Oh my god, I'm so happy to see you here Danny! I lived in Berlin when they opened and the owners, Jacob and Ben, were regulars in the bar I worked in. We all used to pile in to Salami Social every Sunday and partake in the €10 euro pizza buffet - all you can eat - and smash back beers and tequila together as they cooked their pizza. Such a wonderful pair of guys who are so enthusiastic about what they serve end their customers. Brings a tear to my eyes remmembering those good days haha

I don't think I've ever met any two people who only like the exact same food as each other - tuna /cheese on pizza - chicken/mushroom/SWEET CORN on pizza - any 3rd free as long as its got pineapple on it :)

It is very common in Italy for people to make a pumpkin paste with fresh pumpkin when in season and substitute the tomato sauce for it on a pizza

Hiya Danny. I have never thought of putting black pudding on a pizza either. I am defiantly going to try that though. It looks delicious. I also always like the thin crispy pizza bases. Pumpkin on vegetarian pizza is fairly common in Australia. It does taste nice. Anyhow, take care and enjoy the rest of the festive season. Cheers from the Land of Beers (down under).

Maybe it's a hotter climate thing to put pineapple on pizza. It's fairly common here in Australia but there's always those who staunchly swear against it. My opinion is you can put whatever you want on a pizza, as you're the one eating it. Each to their own. Looks like good grub there in Berlin, I'd love to go one day.
