I was surprised at the price but once I read the specs I ordered one. This isn’t the inexpensive Seiko GMT. This is a true GMT movement. I think it’s priced reasonably for what you get. Great work Marc and TGV!

I like that the design is a bit polarizing as that means you likely won't see anyone else wearing anything similar and it's a nice departure from your typical homage / dress / diver that every watch wearer has. Given fact that there's only 250 made in each, they'll still sell out so I'd say it was a smart move.

Very bold and futuristic design, not for me but still very nice. What I like about lot is the black dial, bracelet is amazing and I love the strap adapters, case is not my cup of tea. I wish you could keep those three elements (bracelet, dial and adapters) and come up with a different case, I guess it will be a good seller (not that this one wont sell fast 😊). Amazing job by Islander and UG.

If Marc allows one single suggestion from a design aficionado who happens to collect watches, there should be a version with dots instead of squares as hour markers and a non deployant rubber strap, just a regular one. For the future, bright yellow a blue dials.

I subscribe to both Long Island Watch and The Urban Gentry. The challenge is which video to watch first. Not my style, but extraordinary design-creative, innovative, and on trend. As a pilot, I love the use of 00 vs 24; I wish more GMT watches used this notation. I am going to save my $$$ for a hopeful future release of a 9075 Islander with 200+ wr and 00 on the bezel. I'm sure the Ranger 2 will be a sucess and offer my congratulations. Well done.

This is a pretty cool release. I like the radical decision making for things like the collars to allow for two piece straps. Unfortunately it’s not a good time for me to buy a watch, but maybe I’ll get lucky and come on one used one day, or maybe I’ll get really lucky and one or two will still be in stock by the time I can actually buy. Regardless, awesome watch as always!

What an interesting watch! I think the case design will be divisive - I'm still trying to decide what I think myself - but what I came here to say is that I think the removable integrated bracelet is FANTASTIC, both for its looks and for the flexibility it provides with the rubber alternative. But then, with practically clairvoyant customer intuition, you went the extra five miles and created that adapter system to allow the use of regular straps. Wow! (You should patent the whole setup.) I fervently hope you'll find it possible to use this approach again on future integrated bracelet designs. I think it could be a truly powerful USP. Congratulations to you and Urban Gentry on this standout watch.
