Agreed - they're class leading for the price the precisionist range. I am not sure the curve is my style but also props to Bulova for engineering the high accuracy curved quartz movement that it uses, wouldn't have been easy to pull off. Super Seville is interesting, I really like the gold and white even though maybe it's a bit gaudy 😆

Nicely done buddy. A lot to like about this watch. The vintage vibes do it for me but they do seem to be trying to launch themselves into a false price bracket. Like you said...keep it real. Definitely the kind of watch I'd buy nearly new on a deal 😊

In Toronto (sadly a long way from me) they even have clear out sales for Citizens warehouse and I've seen people picking these up for £500 / $900 Canadian... That's brings it into a proper value proposition 😎🙌 cheers for the comments mate 🍻

I love this watch has been on my hit list for a long time. Great review! Bulova are very well made watches and this one looks very unique and not like any other diver/GMT. I prefer this over any Seiko on the market

I own the Green three hand devil diver on the bracelet and I got it for less than 200$ new. I love some of bulova’s watches but their prices baffle me.

The Devil Divers are my favourite Bulovas. Love the blue and orange three hand model. I was also looking at the pepsi and root beer bezel GMT models but was shocked at the MSRP. At those prices, I agree there are so many great swiss brands (Hamilton, Mido, some discounted Longines). That being said, at a very heavy discount, I will buy a GMT model for sure.

I would get the watch only if they also sold the bracelet for it. The rubber strap fits big on my 6inch wrist as it takes the shape of the watch.

Bulova is probably my favorite mainstream brand. The classic reissues are such charming watches! Modern Bulova may be more of an acquired taste though 😅

Bulova's catalog is Marmite to me. Some of their collections really pique my interest whilst others are gaudy IMO. One day I hope to be able to afford an electrostatic Accutron, which has always interested me.

Agreed, the catalogue has two sides. I think they know that though, and happily split the brand between your average retail buyer and the enthusiasts. I am cool with it, but not when people idolise Citizen and call out Bulova...both brands do the exact same thing with the split and variety 😆 Those accutrons are beyond cool 😎🍻

I have only one full lumed dial watch. It’s a Lorus Lumibrite field watch. This thing is cheap and it’s great. The lume lasts forever. Real Seiko lume. 🕐⚙️🍸
