A lot of the creepy pastas on tulpas are fake. Tulpamancy is dependent on mindsets, if you expect to have a bad experience you probably will. Additionally, tulpamancy can agitate mental health conditions, if you really want a tulpa I recommend having a medical safety net such as medication or a therapist before attempting to create a tulpa.

When I first heard about tulpas I thought it was only just some sort of old myth or something people had as some sort of religion or part of one. I mean of course I thought people who genuinely believe that this can happen exist even today(and of course they would be redditors or 4chan users) but I never expected them to be so many. Still though I think the concept of tulpas is pretty interesting and having some sort of imaginary friend isn't bad as long as you keep it for yourself, know that they aren't real and you are just doing this to either cope or have fun, not affect other people with it and don't go full schizo mode. That's because the word is stemming from a common source. System was picked up in the tulpa community from the wider plural community which used the term for a long while to refer to a group of identities, especially in regards to DID. Tulpamancers use it because it's a convenient useful term in line with the experience, tiktok girls use it to better pretend to have DID and or actually do have the disorder. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia last year after I left my old apartment. I heard voices in my head telling me to harm people, but this took me by surprise because I'm a person who meditates regularly and I practice positive focus. Long story short I ended up finding out that my neighbors were witches and warlocks and they had nothing better to do than to curse people all day which lead to a lot of emotional destress on my end. Either way I'm glad that I'm out of that environment and doing much better. Do I have schizophrenia or not? Well once all of the curses break away then we'll see, but for now I'll just keep praying away these mind tormenting spirits. 🙏🏾✝️

How do you know that your former neighbors are witches and that this belief isn't a schizophrenic delusion/? If they are practicing witches, how are you sure that they were attempting to curse YOU, or even that they were doing them properly? Are you doing any treatment or therapy? I think it's great that you have a belief system that you turn to for help, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't take your own action and challenge what you believe to be true. Schizophrenia is an illness that affects, not only a person's mood, but also a person's ability to discern valid beliefs from invalid ones, which means, that the best thing that you can do for yourself is work on that skill. If you aren't already doing therapy I want to urge you to seek treatment that can help you better explore the workings of your mind, it's habits, and sniff out suspect beliefs. The point I'm trying to make to you is that you don't have to wait on the effects of other people have had on to subside before you become healthy. It's all within your control, if you reach out to your brothers and sisters who want to help you. I wish they best for you in this journey. May you be loved, well, and happy.

@@LawofAxis I'm pretty self aware and I even received treatment for my schizophrenia. My therapist even said that I'm not exhibiting symptoms of s schizophrenic person. Not to mention I had someone cleanse my energy and I LITERALLY saw a demon leave my head through my crown chakra. I believe that it was my neighbors doing the cursing because one of them even said that she enjoyed cursing people. Not to mention they just radiate so much negativity that anyone thats sensitive to energy could tell. Not to mention when I was at my old apartment I was just angry and confused for no apparent reason (loop spells). When I left I stopped experiencing a lot of the symptoms I did when I was there. I'm 95% sure it's due to demonic oppression/cursing while the 5% could be schizophrenia. The curses are antagonizing it. Some people in the world are just evil. I hope that you won't ever have to go though what I went through, but if you do just give me a call and I'll pray for you and anyone else that have been a victim of spiritual bullying.
