pro tip: I literally for the life of me cannot take pills, but I got really sick last year and had to learn😂 For most capsules, they float so once you put it in your mouth with the water put your chin down towards your chest and swallow! The pill floats up to the back of your throat and goes down so easy you barely notice it😇
