If it’s a cold brew concentrate. It has to be cut with water. Then add your dairy/non-dairy or flavor. Even at Starbucks we brew our cold brew to a concentrated level and then cut it 50% with water. Hope this helps!

So for cream contour/bronzer in a stick form.. put it on the back of your hand then dip your brush/sponge in the product off the back of your hand then apply it to your face 🤗

With the makeup, I honestly put my powder on right after I do my foundation and concealer and then I do the cream bronzer and blush. After that, I top it off with a little bit of powder blush and powder bronzer. I know it sounds like a lot, but I’ve gotten the best results by doing that. Also I love you and your videos!❤️

Concentrate just means there’s no water in it to dilute it, so try mixing one part concentrate with one part water, then you can put the milk and all that. :)

You have to cut the concentrate with water! usually two parts concentrate, fill rest up with water! I usually pour the concentrate in a large pitcher and cut it with water so I have it ready for use!

It’s going to be very customizable! So I would say the “lift” workouts arent beginner friendly but the “hiit” workouts can be! A lot of them only require dumbbells and a bench :) I’ll do a full video explaining everything once the app is released :)

Doesn't concentrate mean you have to add water to dilute it? It's concentrated so it's going to taste like real life ass lol. Add the concentrate and then add the same amount (or a little less) of water to the concentration. Then put your cream and milk. 🙂
