I support you two in discovering the essence of Vietnamese cuisine through each region, but currently the weather in the Central and Northern regions is in the rainy season so you two need to consider your trip. 2 You can visit Hue City. This is the place with the best food in Vietnam and many relics of the Nguyen Dynasty

I think you two should head north to Hanoi. I just left there and I think the food in Hanoi is the best in all of Vietnam. Bun rieu, bun mam, bun cha, pho bo, & pho ga are all top tier.

Hey guys, a great topic would be banking for aussies. What the banks situation is like? Exchange rates and where to exchange that is safe! What sort of banks are there eg: HSBC ect is it good to bank with them and branch locations ect. When spending longer time in Vietnam, what Aussie banks are good to use etc. keep up the good work.

We have had a lot of questions in regards to this topic so hopefully soon we will release a video which we speak upon this topic and how we exchange money but to answer your question in brief. Money exchanges; your best solution would be going to the "Tiệm Vàng" which is the gold jewelry stores which will exchange your local currency to Vietnamese Dong (VND) which they are more commonly found around the major markets (Ben Thanh Market in Ho Chi Minh City etc.) Kim and I generally use our Wise online banking card - which we transfer Australian Dollars AUD to VND when the exchange rate is quite high - to which most vendors accept bank transfer and stores accept card transactions. We hope this answers a few of your questions but stay tuned we will hopefully get around to releasing a video on these questions 😊😊❤️❤️

There is a restaurant here called Nam Vang [upstate NY]. And I always order the hu tieu nam vang every time I go there. I should order something else, but the hu tieu is so good. For drink, I always order the chanh muoi [pickled lemonade]. Pho and Viet coffee, I always tell myself, lol.
