you should get ''Callout for soldiers'' which is a mod that lets you call soldiers in the emergency tab. they will kill prisoners even if they surrender. perfect to end riots. Edit: It seems "callout for soldiers" is broken. There's also a mod called "Riot Soldiers" which turns riot police into armed soldiers.

I only really started noticing paradox when I started watching Hoi4 tutorial videos to get into it and then discovered ISP and then discovered the hatred for Paradox and thought "why do people even bother with paradox games" Then I realised that I own FIVE paradox games that I've been playing since I first owned a laptop...
