Just find a knife? I understand why you’d want something like richter’s silent uzi or carl’s drill, because those are useful and unique to those masks. But knives can be found almost anywhere.

In all seriousness you should use Don Juan he’s the most broken and powerful mask in the whole game. Because he teams up with the most broken thing in the game the doors. If you go inside of where a door sits when it’s not being pushed aka it’s idol position it glitches and starts spazzing out swinging back and forth at literally break neck speeds. Then if you fire a gun just start emptying the whole clip/ or magazine/ or shells everybody comes a running the door then acts as a shield blocking all bullets tossed at you then when they get close enough…WHAM! You can sit afk and just watch as dozens upon dozens of men run at you in vain swinging shooting doesn’t matter what they try their fates are all the same instantaneous death. I call it the meat grinder strat. When I got stuck on the police station level i accidentally pulled the strat off as Tony then since I couldn’t kill them fast enough I ended up dying. I sat there for a minuet in shock then I realized how powerful and broken this was so I swapped to Don and just watched as the door whipped them all out on the second level. I had spent hours grinding to beat that level I was stuck there for so long and just seeing it done in a few seconds automatically made me break down in tears all my hard work all my planing and learning was for not all because of this stupid gimmick mask and these broken ass doors. Sometimes knowledge isn’t freedom but a curse.

Rick is my fav hm1 mask and there´s a reason onto why i really like using it So basically when multiples enemies stack together and you kill one of them with a gun, the rest of them will just fall over, making you lose your combo But the thing is, for, some unexplicable reason, Rick, when it comes doing those kind of chain kills, it minimizes the chance of that ocurring. Also bc the mask itself looks amazing

I want to clarify something in HLM 2 level editor the pig mask actually got reworked instead of him spawning more guns you will start with a shotgun ( with 2 bullets ) where you will move him in the tier list if he does this in HLM 1 or if you will rank HLM 2 masks ? and rick doesn’t do a lot in HLM 1 I think he makes your last bullet aim better I don’t know but in hotline miami 2 level editor he makes the shotgun bullets easier to hit and the other guns bullets so he’s better in hotline miami 2 kinda

I question why you think that aimimg, dodging enemy shots, having half the map alerted to and gunning for you while also killing everything as quickly as possible when using guns is the “cowards way” of playing, while safely running from enemy to enemy and hitting them before they see you, or poking out of cover and rushing right back as they run up to you when you have melee weapons is somehow more courageous.

With firearms, for me at least it felt as if the game was simply just a bit repetitive, hence why I mentioned the actual playstyle in the game "coward". (Obviously, I don't mean it that I don't use firearms at all, it's just a bit more fun, with less.) And why I'd say that the second variant would be more "courageous". The way you described it, is not what I meant. I meant it as in, that you legit rush through everything, and chain a combo with multiple weapons, not just firearms. with firearms, it seems that it's like camping, waiting for all of them to enter your vicinity. Just seems more of a challenge to not only use firearms. More melees, more throws, etc. Tho I might be wrong, and my opinion might be argumented with a lot of bs, but it's the way I see it.

I disagree. Peter is Broken. Sure, the gunshots are still kind of loud, but guns ALWAYS have enough ammo to kill at least 4 people, and because of that if you get 1 gun it just snowballs into using guns to snipe every enemy on the map, snowballing more and more as you are put in less and less danger because you just have so many guns AND its quiet? Literally busted mask. Removed the whole reasons guns are powerful but risky in the first place and just makes them the objectively better choice compared to melee if you have the choice.
