Watching this video before leaving for my sunday ride definitely pumps up my confidence! Maybe I'll stay in the shed doing some bike maintenance today😅

Been riding since ‘93. Had my worst crash ever last Sunday. Severe kidney laceration, tore the renal artery and renal vein, lost over 1/3 of my blood volume to internal bleeding. Came a little close to not making it. Sad to say, no video.

He should be back on the bike by the end of January, although probably not to going big straight away!

You all should give a tribute to Scott Huntley that lost his life at the US National Champs Downhill this year. He Was The true spirit of Downhill. You would see him hanging and cheering with everyone over a race weekend. A real Eastern States Cup Hero. he brought a real we are all in it together vibe like a family. He called everyone that races bikes a nerd. I loved that.

Oof a few of these are hard to watch. But watching you two react to them was hilarious! Blake and Rich=my favorite combo for Dirt Shed. Rewatching the two bonus Blake fails was much better this time in context of you being back and healing! Cheers guys!

Great to see you back Blake, looks like you're still a bit tender from that big slam tho. Were you wearing a chest protector when it happened? I was just wondering. Get back in the saddle soon. That backflip is at Sam Pilgrims favourite bike park. and the very next one he walking back with two parts of a bike, is that like having two letters in a game bike. As much as I hate to see Blakes Crash that shouldn't be the bonus, unless it is disqualified for being a professional, should have been #1. Just stops dead, as you do when you hit a tree, you know cause you not an axe or a chainsaw.
