Luciana Zogbi is actually so good. I found her on this random ad for cover songs, and was surprised it was as good as it was. I'm guessing a lot of other people had the same experience. It's not even that crazy, there's just a really nice soothing vocal quality that really connects emotionally for me.

Haley Reinhart was great when she was a contestant on American Idol. She and this guy named Casey (I think) had real chemistry on that season and both had very interrestins sounds. Her version of "Benny and The Jets" was fantastic.

Be realistic, almost all of these are lip synced. It just isn’t feasible to get vocal takes as good as these while also moving enough to make the video interesting. For the same reason you mentioned, the volume would just vary too much. Also singing while playing is really difficult so they do it separate.

Some of my favorite covers that are somewhat lesser known: “I see fire” -Peter Hollens, “Far Over The Misty Mountains Cold” -Geoff Castellucci, and “Hey Brother” -Jada Facer. If you are doing medleys highly recommend the Disney villain medley by Peter hollens, friends on the other side by thomas sanders, and after ever after parody by paint. Either way really enjoyed the video and hope to see some of my favorite cover artists next time!
