Gotta LOVE the shrink wrap! It always adds desirability and overall eye-appeal, not to mention nostalgia when the original shrink wrap is on (tightly) and still has the hype stickers AND the original price stickers! My favorite price sticker is actually the old yellow Kmart stickers because they look so cool on those older albums. Yes, I would have actually removed the shrink from that one album too!

I love the early stones! The early ones in the U.S have the disc pressed in the UK. I'm definitely on the lookout for all of those! Thanks for watching ✌☮

Great results Sorin. You can't go wrong with classic soul by Franklin and Pickett. Roy Ayers is superb. I've been on the lookout for his records since the early 90s and they've always been rare and sought after in the UK. He was popular here in the 80s due to the acid jazz scene so some of his lps have always demanded big money. Coffy and He's Coming top of my list. Great score on the 45s....record tokens as we say here i.e. convert them into records you want to own. Cheers Nige

Roy Ayers is just wondeful! I would buy any album with his name on it. They really are record tokens! Thanks for watching! ✌

I was watching the old Porter Wagner TV show very recently, late 60s-early 70s. Dolly was a regular on that show. She did a cover of Mule Skinner Blues, that was just fantastic. The wigs that she wore back then were HUGE! Like you would say, she was wearing one wig that was the MOTHER of all wigs! It was like, five wigs attached together! LOL Never saw that Wheel A Ways 45, Bad Little Woman was covered by Shadows of Knight. I love to find cases of vintage 45s, You never know what might be lurking in there. I'd love to find a case full of Northern Soul, not my thing, but some of that stuff is worth $$$$.

Dolly is great! It's a very good cover of Bad Little Woman, but I might still prefer the Shadows of Knight! The B side is a dud. A Northern Soul box is the dream! Thanks for watching ✌☮

Of course when I watched the Beatles on their tv debut I went nuts. But when I heard the Stones first lp it was game on baby! There was a picture insert and fan club registration card in that lp. I wish I had never carried that card in my wallet because it got destroyed! Of course! Hey by the way nice finds. 🖖🚀

I can't even imagine seeing the Beatles on the ed Sullivan show. The stones first LP is incredible. I wish mine had the insert. Thanks for watching ✌☮

Roy Ayers, Ubiquity-Lifeline, is an awesome record, I met him at a small venue here in California and he autographed my record ...he is a great musician. That Aretha you picked up I may have to add that to my collection also. Thanks for sharing.

Very late to this video but gotta weigh in: Overall, awesome haul here. AND... Dolly Parton in the late 60s and early 70s is almost always fabulous. After that, I think her output gets poppier and a little spotty in terms of quality. But you can get some great records later on in her career, too, like The Grass is Blue. I love going through these old videos and checking out your collection/getting recommendations from you. Thanks a lot!

I like recieving comments on old videos, its fun to look back at the collection! I'll always pick up Dolly Parton if its cheap! Never shy away from leaving a comment on an old video, I'll still answer! Thanks for watching ✌☮

I have two Dolly records. Jolene and A Coat of Many Colors. Both are nice to listen to once in a while. Some of those country records have fantastic studio musicians playing guitars and banjos on um. I usually listen to Julie London, Julie is Her Name, during the same session. Just one of those old records from the 50s that still sounds great even though I don't listen to that style of music much.

Pick up any Johnny Cash Sun Records or Columbia 60’s catalog. They’re either trashed or pristine around here. Looking for Patsy Cline. Gems! Love Dolly. Funny how regional music was. Not much leaked into Mt. Bright spots hear and there. Lots of Lawrence Welk and Como. Finally came upon TRex Electric Warrior-wicked fun. Hey you got the next one! Those old blues just rock. Man do you have choice pickings! I’ve got some of those old Stones but they are trashed-can’t part with them. Picked up a Pink UK Miss You with Far-away Eyes. It’s a rock mix I believe, not the extended disco mix. Cool 45’s. I found the same Sinatra We Hours…but on cd. I think they neutered it. Need to compare. Just doesn’t sound like my other Sinatra from the same period on lp.

I love Johnny Cash! Folsom Prison is one of my favorite albums ever, I just found a super clean copy. My old stones are beat up too, but they always are. I never find clean copies of those. Wee Small Hours sounds pretty good if I remember correctly. Thanks for watching ✌☮
