@@asathelogiclaman637 no. Both the Hadiths are regarded as sound and sahih. Another reason why they are in hell is because they weren't alul hanifa (or the religion of Abraham) they were both idol worshippers. Anyways, there is sahih hadith on the fact that they are in hell. I don't need your philosophy I need sahih hadith and Quran.

@@baderr8002 Sunan Abi Dawud 4718 Anas said : A man asked : where is my father, Messenger of Allah? He replied! Your father is in Hell. When he turned his back, he said : My father and your father are in Hell. Grade: Sahih (Al bani). What are you talking about lol? Abu Huraira reported: The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) visited the grave of his mother and he wept, and moved others around him to tears, and said: I sought permission from my Lord to beg forgiveness for her but it was not granted to me, and I sought permission to visit her grave and it was granted to me so visit the graves, for that makes you mindful of death. [Sahih Muslim] Grade: Sahih. Quran:It is not for the Prophet and those who have believed to ask forgiveness for the polytheists, even if they were relatives, after it has become clear to them that they are companions of Hellfire. So they are both in hell.
