Jeez, who did the research for this one ? Most of it factually wrong and all the dates and injuries are mostly not true. He only won one GP in 1981, the Swedish Grand Prix which was his final GP victory, he smashed both legs and his arm at Silverstone in 82, as well as his fingers but no other injuries, and he didn’t miss one race during the 83 season because of injuries. Interesting profile though !

This video is full of so many inaccuracies, false statements photographs, and facts out of chronological order it's almost important to categorize. It seems like the person who produced it not only did not know anything about Barry Sheene Shane but didn't know how to use Google. The video says he broke up with Stephanie in the mid-1970s when in fact they got married and had two children (Sidone & Freddie) and she was with him at the time of his death 30 years later. The most ridiculous thing is the statement that he was diagnosed with cancer in 1984 and passed away in 2003, meaning he lived almost two decades after being diagnosed with terminal cancer of the esophagus and stomach. In fact, he was diagnosed in July 2022 and died about nine months later. The terrible crash mentioned in 1973 was at the Italian Grand Prix at Monza, not at the Isle of Man. I could go on for another 10 paragraphs with all the errors in this video. Anyone who is truly interested in Barry Sheene should look for other sources you really want to know anything about this amazing rider. This video is a good example of what happens when people don't know how to use of fact check Chat GPT!

Barry Sheene was my all time Motorcycling Hero 🏍.....Good Video .....But a few errors in the detail ...ie When he had the accident at Daytona ,albeit terrible, it was in Practice , not in the race .... He didn't win the epic Silverstone race with Kenny Roberts unfortunately , he came a brilliant 2nd..... And he defo didn't split permanently with Steph in 1984 .... to the best of my knowledge they had a great relationship together in Australia up to his sad passing in 2003 !! All I can say Guys is :- BARRY SHEENE LEGEND & HERO !!! ❤
