As a Canadian I was very excited to see it was only 55CAD when I opened the page. But then I actually read the whole sentence rather than just the words that jumped into my eyes, and silly me, it quite obviously says that there are 55 Cad files included the the plans. The actual price (once you look in the right place) is even more economical. It will likely be a few years before I build it, but your delightful channel has provided me so much enjoyment over the years, buying the plans now is the least I could do. Thank you for your hard work, and for making the internet a generally more cheerful place to visit.

But am buying a set of plans now, as a small token of my appreciation of your hard work and dedication to this project, and to our entertainment. I am so thrilled to have a way to support you and Sandra, on my own tight farm budget! Cheers and many thanks and congratulations from a Canadian farmer!

Hello Tim, I've just been clearing out my garage to fit an 8x4 sheet in with plenty room to walk around it. Foxit pdf reader will print the cutting plans to scale using the "tile large images". A ream of paper and a big pot of glue is on order. I can open the metal files in LibreCAD - which is also freeware and they'll be off to the laser soon. Many thanks for the magnificent work in the plans and for all the entertainment in the 26 KZbin videos that accompany it. All we need now is a little steam engine for your railway. It's just unfortunate that it can;t be made of wood! All the Best, John

Great, just brought the plans! Got the parts from the parts list and made a quick list in excel. All the build plans and instructions look very clear! Btw if you're on Mac looking at the files for 4mm, 9mm acrylic and metal, you have to show hidden files (cmd, shift, . ) then remove the "." at the start of the folder names. Mac thinks they are an unrecognised program file haha

Brilliant Job!!! it's a bargain for the plans and all the work you have put in too. My dad was an engineer and I remember one of the odder jobs he had was building some pedal cars that were destined for a seaside town tourist attraction. This was an all metal pedal only vehicle though. Intersting sidenote.. He also was involved in the refurb of the funicular railway in Folkestone about 40ish years ago. Sadly its now closed and in need of restoration but hopefully this will happen soon. I look forward to all your upcoming projects.. especially how you make a loco for your railway

Now that the Mott is becoming a proper [not quite] Production Car, you should really get a little hood ornament logo to include in your kit! No idea what it could be- another pre-existing metal component to use as the Mott symbol would be fitting given the 'philosophy' of the thing, and I don't know about the logistics of getting someone to forge a batch of custom one. Maybe a little gear like the one on your animated intro!
