When I met you I was working at Pro Fab Performance and you brought in a raggedy old Vett with no body and said you want an Exo-Cage and a wing installed. I thought you were nuts and I could tell you were a little naive when it comes to automotive performance but I could also tell you were a smart young man, with a clear vision and a huge heart❤. It was always a huge thrill to see what kind of crazy project you were going to bring next and it was always fun to work with you on all the OG vehicles. Since then I have really enjoyed watching you learn and grow into a real wheel man who's pretty capable in just about everything you've tried. I'm really happy for you and your soon to be growing family and I wish nothing but health and success for the many years ahead. That's exactly how my dad treats our employees. You do have to be assertive at times because even good people will walk all over you if given the chance. It's human nature. Cleetus treats his guys great but he also knows when to be serious and make sure work gets done. My dad is always giving out bonuses when they go above and beyond their normal workload. Treating employees like human beings is what makes a successful business. Some people treat them as robots which is why they fail.
