I signed up last December. I got the first box before Christmas. And the January box we didn’t get until March with a QR code apology regarding “supply chain issues”. I was charged in February: no box. Then I was charged in may with an apology email stating their systems updated and charged everyone even though it was supposed to be paused until they get their supply issues fixed (meanwhile obviously taking new orders as I saw them featured in F&S magazine). Now, starting October they have tried to charge my card which I turned off. Daily, I’m getting emails from them to update my payment so I won’t miss out on the next box… I’ve emailed several times, my husband used his email to contact them several times. I’d love to get the 2 boxes I’ve paid for or my money back. At this point I can’t believe their boldness to start demanding I update billing info when they’re behind. An email from them would be appreciated. I had a family member get every box they paid for in 2020-2021, so I’m disappointed I haven’t…

That's unfortunate to hear. I can understand supply chain issues, but zero communication is unacceptable. It's just poorly managed to where even if they did deliver some boxes here and there, it's not worth it to me. I appreciate you providing your experience though. It's kind of nice to know it wasn't just me!

Same here, I signed up February 2nd, was charged 2 times within February. Got 1 box in March and have been ghosted ever since.

Very unfortunate :( If you haven't already, contact your bank to charge back before it is too late.

I bet they're not able to get their hands on products to ship and the cost of shipping what they do have is putting them in the red.things are crazy but still no excuse. Thanks for letting us know

Yeah... But if they can't get products, that's somewhat understandable right now... But COMMUNICATE that. No email out to customers explaining, no response to inquiries... Just... NOTHING is entirely unacceptable.

Having the same issue won't respond to my emails on top of that I cancled my order indefinitely an they charged my card again

That's unfortunate. Don't delay, call your bank ASAP and get those disputed.
