I like how Michael and Jack are the only ones that caught that instantly. At 3:01 when Michael noticed Trevor's card he stopped mid-sentence and got this look in his eyes. Same with Jack, he stops dancing and furrows his brows. Matt noticed it too. He looked a little confused. Really, the only people that should have the right to not notice are Alfredo and Trevor.

Matt clearly jerked and frowned in surprise the instant the Trev flipped his card, while Michael was still saying "OH EM GEE". Trevor and Fredo didn't have enough information to know that there were more than 3, so they're off the hook for not noticing. Only Jeremy would have been able to work it out but didn't seem to recognize it, but he was distracted instructing Fredo to shuffle. So pretty much everyone who could have noticed did notice, and watching their reactions was pretty great. It's probably the most times I've watched a single clip since Millie accidentally raising her hand on the skinny dipping question.
