@Sahra Jama Charles Darwin did not endorse the idea of a superior race based on intelligence, but more of his own preferred characteristics. The countries with the highest IQ are predominantly from East Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore). Most of the technology that have been developed by Europeans are actually reinventions from other ethnic groups like China, such as gun powder, paper, the compass and so on. Polynesians built their own sailboats before the arrival of the European voyagers. They were also able to navigate with the Moon, Sun and Stars giving them the nickname the "Navigator Islands". Charles once quoted "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most Intelligent. It is the one most adaptable to change". Stating that the civilization that is able to survive is the one that is able to withstand the changes in which it finds itself whether it be physical (ethnicity), social (culture), political (War), Spiritual (religion), environmental (Natural disasters & Disease). ERA = Evolution Rules All.

I have read several of the books promoting eugenics from the turn of the century. On the surface, their arguments sound good and logical, even very scientific. Such as , "you wouldn't want weeds to grow in your garden" and "No farmer is going to let his defective livestock breed with good livestock". So the argument goes, why let weeds grow in the garden of humanity? But the implementation of those ideals is where eugenics becomes so horrible. And of course, the big question is who gets to decide who are weeds and defective livestock?

Although we did not sterilize as many individuals as in other countries, many mentally disabled, handicapped and/or criminals was put behind bars or in institutions for life, and thereby isolating them from the rest of society. Some people were put away just because they were deamed un-proper, “misbehaving”, and outside the norm and there were laws preventing certain kinds of people to marry, so they wouldn’t bring children into the world. I studied politics of climate change for some time in college. It shocked me how many professors readily held to a kind of Neo-Malthusianism. They are obsessed with the impending climate disaster that they believe will result from population growth in the developing world. Nevermind that it is the developed world that is destroying the climate. 30 babies born in Nepal would be less devastating for the climate than one baby born in America -- 0.4 metric tons of CO2 emissions per capita in Nepal versus over 15 per capita in the US. This false conflict loop is a well practiced media exercise that has it's roots in the very genesis of propaganda itself. The frame of reference is what they are shifting. It's a technique to keep the majority focused on an unsolvable conflict in order to diminish their perception of a real conflict. In this case, the frame is being moved from economic inequality to cultural inequality. It's brilliant in that, a populous solution to cultural inequality can never truly exist without economic equality being clearly established, but as long as you are focused on cultural inequality that can never be achieved... It's smooth. Iceberg Slim would tip his big purple hat to modern politicians and their teams or propagandists. The real truth is, Eugenics is just a fancy words for "selective breeding" and that's been a part of every human culture as far back as the fossil record oh human civilization goes. Royal bloodlines, Harems, Genghis and his war on tall people. None of this started with "white people in Europe". It can be argued that Europeans adopted the behavior from foreigners seeing as how much of dark age Europe was driven by religious conformity. It wasn't until slavery was introduced into Europe that the idea of selectively breeding humans caught on and that was directly because they viewed slaves as livestock. They are trying to manipulate your view of current cultural conflict by confusing your sense of time and scale. And it works extremely well.

The sad irony is that one of the most important things for a child’s development is to be wanted and loved by their guardians. You can see from the legal action they took that at least a good number of these women who were denied the right to have children were passionate about becoming mothers, and for that reason they probably would have been better parents than the dispassionate, obligated white women who were deemed ‘fit to breed’ despite not really wanting to have children. They distorted a whole generation of children by skewing reproduction towards those who felt obligated by society instead of those who actually wanted children. And just to add insult to injury, when those white women did want to be sterilized, they were routinely denied the procedure.

Eugenics is an intrinsically flawed concept and people easily forget about the Hapsburgs. And even if people are not related, the gene pool will become smaller with time and inbreeding will inevitably happen, followed by extinction. Always remember that alloys are harder and stronger than pure metals.
@kappadarwin94762 жыл бұрын
Yeah, what Germany wanted to do during WW2 would drastically reduced the gene pool thus leading to interbreeding down the line.

my main concern is that people have kids more kids i dont care who they have them with. 3/4 of all abortion clinics are in minority communities why is that?
@marinhaalternativa38292 жыл бұрын
@@constantineergius1626 Probably because they are being predated by the clinics, capitalizing in their burdens of their marginalization, so instead of showing how strong they are,building up a better payoff(Children getting scholarization and jobs to increase familiar income), they're finding abortion an easier solution because it's widely available regardless of condition(Even if they could sustain kids). In the end 2.5 kids per 4/10 families, is just making minorities even minor, or alternativelly, they decide to assimilate into the homogenous culture. So this case is being mascarated as a "Right" while it's just alienation of minorities.

I wish I was surprised by this, but as a member of a race still openly held under Eugenics policies in the United States, I am not. Blood Quantum for Indigenous Americans was created by Eugenics-trained scientists, and it's still how we are forced to determine if we are eligible to be a tribal member in most Tribes. Some Tribes are moving to lineal descent, which is better, but many tribes can't or won't. It's not commonly known, but it extremely relevant to the topic of this video, and it feels bad that it was overlooked.
