Can you please explain the meaning of “hangma”? You say this in the video around 11:22.

"Hangma" is talking about "Moving" Hane, Extend, Nights move,Two spaces jump... Something like

Yes, there is a temporary law stating that "no more than 4 people could gather together" I don't know the exact wordings but basically all the "classes" are not allowed.
