I’ve lived in Fort Worth my whole life and my dad knew Cullen Davis back in the day since they both worked in the oil business. He said that everyone in the business knew that Cullen did it, but weren’t surprised that he got away with it. Cullen still lives in my neighborhood to this day. Really sad!
