Do you do any stretches for warm up or cool down?

Michael Vasquez we do a few stretches in our warm up but most of my crew comes 10-15 min early and I always tell them to stretch and mentally prepare. We do a cool down run but no stretching. They stretch a little at home, my crew likes when I pack the hour with as much as I can and they do their stretches. If I go to a school or train a group I don’t know will do it on their own I always stretch them out even more.

I'm doing a fitness program for my church on the 18th. I never done something like this for adults but I'll need some idea's for people that don't really workout but I would love to motivate workouts and be healthy. I thinking about doing partner or cardio type of workout. Thanks!

Hey we are on total lockdown. Everything is closed, all gyms bootcamps..everythnig. So nothing right now. In the spring I can do outdoor training.
