hello with this type of training, what kind of adaptations have you researched? What do you want to achieve on a physiological level? why 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of passive pause? Why 6 excercise? Why 10 sec Sprint at the end? what is the intensity of the loads with respect to the maximum? THANKS!!
