I stand certain that Polish Shrek is the best one, not only better than the other dubs and the original english version, but also the best Polish dub to a foreign movie that has ever been created.

In Hungarian, the Muffin Man is called the Big Pie and he lives in the middle of the rounded forest. I'm glad we went with that as it still made sense when we got to Shrek 2. I wonder what they did in those other dubs... I have no idea why the Hungarian sub would talk about ice creams. In the dub, Donkey literally talks about the same foods that are in the English version. Okay, he says pancakes instead of waffles, but mostly the same.

You know... I wanted to put Hungarian in the video... but... yeah upon looking into it it sounded like they were saying he lives in the big pie... but... I... I just assumed that there was something wrong with my understanding. He really lives in a freaking pie? So weird!

In Russian, the Muffin Man is called the Mad Hatter. I honestly don't know why this is, but it's interesting.
