The quality of the dealer is extremely important. I had great luck with a John Deere dealer that was independent. They were purchased by a corporation and service now SUX. So when I bought a new tractor I moved on to Massey Ferguson with a local independent dealer. One of my friends is the MF head tractor mechanic.

So important. Sounds like you’ll be getting great treatment at the MF dealer.

1st. The Fair Grounds! Congratulations! This is a huge deal for you on the success of HONE! I haven't been there since I was a young girl, but might have to plan a trip to see Dad! 2nd. Thank you for the information. I am in fact still looking at tractors. I haven't bought one.

Yes! Thank you! If you have the time, the Maine Tractor Show is going on in Augusta Maine on March 8, 9, and 10. It's a free event and I'll be there all three days talking TYM. They'll even have test drives going for almost all models. Might be worth coming up.

This doesn't just apply to tractors. It's important with any gear. Only buy equipment that has a local dealer network. So it's easy to get spare parts or have it repaired.

Thanks for highlighting this point! It's so important to have easy access to spare parts and repairs.

Nice video and very true. I had a terrible experience with the dealer I bought my tractor from. The worst ever. Contacted the corporate office and they took care of it not once but twice, and directed me to an awesome dealer with awesome service. I do have a couple videos on my channel about.

Hello! Happy to see someone from NH! Bought a Kubota B2401 September 2023. Congrats on the new tractor! All boils down to service, the "deal" and you gut instinct. I looked at the TYM's also and was impressed. That being said, I went with what I know as I had a Kubota YEARS ago and never had any issues. Bottom line when your spending that kind of money is how comfortable you feel with dealership and service. Anyways, congrats on the new machine! Looking forward to more videos. I am looking to post with mine when the weather breaks as there aren't very many with my series tractor.

Excellent video and excellent points. I drive by Central NH trailers prob once a week. The amount of growth that they have seen is amazing. The amount of equipment they have on their lot(s) is crazy. I bought a dump trailer from them several years ago and I also had a good experience.

Yea, it’s really cool to see what they are doing with that location and all the money they are reinvesting into the company. Great folks to work with.

I wish I had luck like that with my kabota. After the third time trying to fix mine kabota thunder bay mashed their hands with my bx.

Wow you are right that is highly unusual in this day and age for a company to have that kind of customer service. You really lucked out on them thank you for the videos.

Over 33k subscribers isn’t all that small 😆. That’s some good customer service there. Good on them for doing it! And yes, dealer support is VERY important. My Ford compact tractor is obsolete now at 42 years old and parts can be hard to get, but fortunately Chappell has been pretty decent at doing their best to help keep me going. The experience of owning an old rebranded machine (Shibaura made compact tractors for Ford/New Holland back then, now LS does) has me convinced that it’s better to buy a machine from the company/brand that built it.

bruh why is every one of your videos something about a tractor, they better be paying you
@TheMindfulHomestead10 ай бұрын
Videos on tractor stuff get more views for me. YT pays based on views. More tractor videos, more money from YT. If I can make my tractor payment back from YT each month, that’s a win.

Dope. yo I have red hair too man, that beard is sweet, it will be part of your brand if you keep it up and become more popular. Could also keep some farming tools in there while you're working in the field.@@TheMindfulHomestead

Where a tractor is made has a very importance to me. China made, is the last choice I will make. The day is right around the corner for supporting that communist country. My opinion
@TheMindfulHomestead10 ай бұрын
Good thing none of the tractors available around here are made in China!
