Me personally I don't think when he said steez thought he was dreaming was talking about drugs I think he means it in a more spiritual way I believe that steez traveled through spirituality so fast and saw the truth to all of the negative things in this world without someone explaining things to him he just got so deep to where he genuinely believed that he was something way bigger then just his physical form to a point where everyday he felt like he was dreaming in a physical realm and he wanted to wake up this is the problem with pyschedlics you can open your mind so much to the point to where it's bad for you and you'll never be the same because you see how corrupted and how failed of a society we are on this earth you see the lies and you see no compassion no love for others

STEEZ’s death is so bizarre to me. It seems really strange that there’s not a lot of information about it. I truly believe if STEEZ was still here, he’d be up there with this generation’s greats like Kendrick and Cole. STEEZ’s music connects with me and I’m not really sure why. It goes beyond just liking the way it sounds. I feel like his music is being sent to me. I’m not religious, but it’s a weird feeling to describe. I want to be able to rap as good as STEEZ one day. He was an incredible lyricist and he inspires me to keep making my own songs. I’m not a very good rapper yet, but I’ll keep practicing. I hope King Capital drops some day. I want to hear it so bad. RIP STEEZ, you’re one of my all time favourite emcees. Does anyone else feel like listening to STEEZ’s music is a spiritual experience?
@zzzzf993092 жыл бұрын
I highly doubt he’d be up with Kendrick and Cole. He wasn’t marketable but Joey was and even Joey isn’t up there with the greats even though he should be. He was probably the most lyrically talented in the group Joey coming in second by a little bit but Talent doesn’t always guarantee mainstream success. Joey hasn’t even fully achieved that

I hear a lot about this idea that Steez felt bad because Joey got more promotion and was considered more marketable. People need to understand one thing about this claim: Steez would have had a place in hip hop no matter what. Looking at the praise Steez gets now, it's clear to me that he would have always had a job working as a rapper.

im over a year late to this video and I just gotta say.... yall need some serious help. Dude literally killed himself and had several songs where he hinted at the idea of suicide that no one cared about at the time. Joey Bada$$ was his childhood friend and he had absolutely zero good reason to kill him

More like joey jealous of him and took the limelight,bc steez didnt wanna make mainstream brainwashing music he wanted real hiphop,spreading poaitive spiritual lyrics,which the mainstream likes to suppress. This all makes sense,and juat proves joey sacrificed him!

Why do you even bother covering the BS idea that Joey caused his death?
@louaista2 жыл бұрын
The reason was because Joey Badass made a song called Survivors Guilt where he said people accused of him of it so I figured I'd show both sides of the story.
@tomybogadjian14872 жыл бұрын
@@louaista “it’s survivors guilt, wishing i could’ve stopped him” one thing has nothing to do with the other. If my best friend dies i have survivor guilt for not doing anything to stop him from getting to that point. that’s basically it.

Nowadays rappers relaxes music promoting violence and apologize a week later only to promote it again the next week. SMH, they think rap is all about ass and pussy, drugs and money.
