When I was over seas in Germany my father sent me 2 cassette tapes, one was full of these wonderful gentlemen with songs where Denver at Cat sang tenor, and Live at the University of Alabama by the Kingsmen. I treasured those tapes for years thank you God for these memories.😂

Thank you for posting Steve. I bought this album from the Statesmen in '63 when it came out. It was at an Orrell concert in Detroit. I was 17.

Just thought about the song " The Mystery of His Way" from this album and checked KZbin. Can't believe this was just posted recently. Saw Hovie and Jake and the guys at Music Hall in K.C. when I was a kid. Never forgot the power of the Spirit in their music. Thanks for posting!
