Hugo would be great pick. Has the personality that matches the tone of the Matt reeves universe. Hopefully we get some villains on the screen that haven’t gotten that shine. The show is great adaptation that hasn’t been done and unique approach. I think DC might have found a winning formula with this show that could possibly open the door for more villain shows around Gotham. I know everybody is joker fatigue but 8 episodes about the joker is must see tv..

In the Batman movie the second card that the riddler left to Bruce, was a mad scientist who looks like Hugo Strange. Not to mention you can draw a parallel to the detective vs mad scientist you see in the Holmes-Moriarty dinamic to the Batman-Strange dinamic. Idk maybe Hugo Strange is down the line as a possible villain.
