Good afternoon. I love your product i will purchase tomorrow im from canada and i read a commenter ask about servicing the efile. Im not sure what this means in terms of the e-file and i was just wondering if youre able to explain how or why id need my efile to be serviced after i purchase it?

Hi! So about once a year efiles need regular maintenance to keep them in proper working condition. Similar to an oil change on a car. Efiles get full of dust and they need to be taken part cleaned, bearings replaced, etc. Maintenance will keep the motor running for years.

So I have a service center I love. My thought is we will handle the service and so our customers can just ship the machine in using a label we provide for them.

Do you provide free ahipping to and from if there is a problem during the warrenty period?

It depends on each situation, but in theory a warranty would be done free of charge. The problem with a lot of efile users is they don’t realize you have to maintain your efile. A warranty against defects is not the same thing as dropping your handpiece or breaking off a bit or never getting the ball bearings replaced. But yes for a true warranty issue we would definitely cover all of that. Outside of a true warranty is considered user wear and tear which would warrant a paid repair.

Is this latex free ? You used the term rubber with the 5’ cord & then silicone with the plugs for the end of the unit. Checking for us latex allergy folks. Thanks !

So what is the “high torque” number? 2.2 Ncm’s? 2.5 Ncm’s? What’s the number? 40,000 rpm’s, although nice, is not the indicator of power.

Hello the torque is 2.8Nm. I actually mention in this video about what RPMs mean and have taught many times on my channel about torque vs rotations. Trust me I know how important torque is with filing.
