I hope you like my new aurora light, which is meant to act as a "peripheral stimulator" that adds more movement into the background of my video. Hopefully the moving colored lights relax the rods in your retinas as you watch!

I'm glad I listened. Recently I've been working with some Whim Hof breathing to help address some addiction, depression, and anxiety that has built up over the years. This has been really cool and I've made some pretty great break throughs lately. I've gone from wearing -4 regularly to wearing a -2.5 on certain occasions and nothing about 90% of the time. What I've been using in this process is Breath work Muscle release work Retaining thought patterns that I've developed and realizing that i have control over my own emotions. It's really great to hear some confirmation to this. It's been really interesting to see how our muscles store our emotions and thoughts.

Wow great job so far Kyle! I love how you're addressing the physical and emotional sides through the breathwork and muscle release. Now it might be time to go even deeper into the mental side with the help of the Bates Method, which emphasizes improving your memory, imagination, visualization, etc. Keep up the good work!

I have Fuchs dystrophy and am awaiting transplants. I cannot find anything that can help with my failing eyesight while I am waiting. It is like being a foggy day every day, inside and outside. Very difficult coping. Fuchs us never mentioned in any eye videos.
