Hello Nathan! Love your work, I had a question about how to see from the back of the head and not from the front of the eye, you and Mark Warren discussed in one episode. Can you describe it. Please it would be helpful

Rosemary Gordon refers to it as "seeing from the core". If you can imagine the core of a carrot, running down the center, that is more of the location we are referring to. It's not really a physical exercise, it's more of a mental shift of perspective. Some people also talk about seeing from the visual cortex in the back of the brain where your vision is actually being processed right now. That can sometimes bring relief to the eye organs and eye muscles in the front of the face, and sometimes even improve the posture by getting more in line with the entire spine. Something to play with ;)

Your work is very good sir. Qi Gong has a "Long Swing" similar but not identical to the Bates "Long Swing". Your thoughts on the Qi Gong style of "Long Swing" ?

Thank you for your kind words. In my opinion, the difference between the Qigong and the Bates swings is the visual awareness of oppositional movement, or apparent motion. The purpose of the Bates Long Swing is not just to move the body... it is to become more aware of the oppositional movement happening around you all the time... even as you read this text, you can technically be aware of the oppositional movement that happens as your eyes scan across the screen it can look like the text you just read is "swinging" to the left as your eyes move right. It's very subtle, but it is the ultimate lesson of the Long Swing, to eventually see things moving all day long. Whereas I believe the Qigong swing focuses more on the energetic aspects of opening blocked channels and increasing circulation, specifically activating the dantian/core/energy center.

Hey! Thank you for all your work Nathan! I have -2 can you recommend things to make it reduce fast?😊😊

I would start with regular Swinging, Sunning, and Palming, and maybe try some training glasses that are lower strength.

It will do a lot if you turn your brain and understand how to use sunning. I started 8 montns ago with -3.5 and 2 month ago at optometrist autoref showed -2 with 0,25 astigma. And onlynow 8 morh later I started feeling exctra ocular and face mucles relaxation. Its big win. Outside I am catching continues "fraction of second" normal eyesight

Hi Nathan, thank you for your wonderful work and commitment. About the seeing with the back of the eyes, do you know the work of Dr. Jacobo Grinberg, who taught so many children how to see and read with the eyes closed?

I have heard of similar things, specifically Sehen Ohne Augen in Germany... is Dr. Grinberg involved with them? I'd be curious to learn more!
