He didn't want to shout to people either. In my opinion, knowledge should always be given without shouting. Thank you for explaining the name of this beautiful island. It is one of my favorite places on earth. I am so grateful to have spendt some time there, years ago. Also lovely to see Mauritians (hope I said that right) in the comments! :-D

Dorus son of Héllen was the ancestor of the Dorians and his name comes from Doris the daughter of Oceanus the half sibling of Shem, Ham and Japheth. When explaining how Mauritius, Oceania got its name don't forget about Oceanus the son of Uranus (Noah) and Gaia (Tytea) Tinôs was the short name for Effuntenus son of Phut and grandson of Ham. Efun White Earth tradition derives from his name Effuntenus. Mauritius is pronounced môˈriSHəs as in moriches and Marichi and also spelled Marishi and the Romanized version Marīci and he was the son of Brahma (Hambra) and Kashyapa was the son of Marichi where we get the English word for "cash" since it is pronounced kăsh (kaSH) and Sanskrit Mārīcī means "ray of light" and Hebrew yapa means "to shine". This is why in the movie La Bamba, Connie played by Rosanna DeSoto says Not Ritchie, Not Ritchie, not my Ritchie, Bob referring to her "ray of light", so the name for the Mariachi bands (Mexico) traces its roots back to India. Mauritius pronounced môˈriSHəs is connected to the Moors (Portuguese maps), so it makes sense that it is similar to Moorish's. Mormon is pronounced ˈmôrm(ə)n and Mauritania is pronounced ˌmôrəˈtānēə and Atlantean pronounced ətˈlan(t)ēən notice the words "tan" and "tea" so we can tell its connected to Titan (Thai Tan) as in Tytea (Thai Tea) tea originates in China and she was the wife of Pontus another name for Noah. Maia pronounced ˈmīə and ˈmā(y)ə a spelling variation of Maya the daughter of Atlas a king of the Atlanteans. Queen Lahamu "Mu" "Moo" was described aa a queen of the Mayans and Mayan is pronounced ˈmīən Notice how the Mayan pronounced ˈmīən is similar to the name of Mian County in Hànzhōng, Shǎnxī (Shaanxi) China. Qingu "Kingu" was a brother of Queen Lahamu and Kingyu is the name of a Japanese restaurant located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Isn't it very interesting that scientists came up with the genus Mammut similar to Mummu the brother of Queen Mu and where the word "mummy" could have derived from, and mummy pronounced ˈməmē could have been an original word for mommy pronounced ˈmämē notice how their very similar. (Lammasu) I wonder if he has any connection to Lammas Day or Loaf Mass experts state that it comes from Old English hlāfmæsse and the hlāf means "loaf" and mæssse means "mass". Queen Lahamu married Lamassu, and his symbol is the winged creature with the bearded head of a human and the body of a bull or a lion and notice the name of the Chinese Lions of Fo and I wonder if this lion or dog breed traces back to Phoë "Phoe" his name is also spelled Fo the son of Enosh. Nemed "Nimeth" the ancestor of the Nemedians and through his sons he was the ancestor of the Tuatha Dé Danann, Fomorians and the Fir Bolg. Phoe his name is also seen as Fuh in some ancient texts a spelling variation of the Fo of the name Fomorians. The name for the Māori Tuatahi axes pronounced Two-Ah-Tah-Hee is similar to the name Tuatha Dé Danann and the native American name Two Hatchet and notice how the word Toothache pronounced ˈto͞oTHˌāk and Hatchet pronounced ˈhaCHət are also similar. Mastadon derives from mastós "breast" and odoús "tooth". Notice his connection to the word mastós "breast" and imagine his name as Lamastudon or Lamas Tudon who else agrees that his name is connected with the now extinct mastodon and the Land of Mu was probably populated with large amounts of mastodons. Lahamu is the grandmother of Ki mother of Enlil and son of Noah. The last name for the actor Lorenzo Lamas is similar and is traced back to the Anglo-Saxon tribes of Britain and many of them lived in the parish of Lammas in England. The ancient Yucatan city of Màayapáan (Mayapan) and Maaya is a name found in India and it refers to Lakshmi (Emzara) the wife of Vishnu (Noah) Her name Lakshmi can be spelled Lakshumu similar to Lahamu and her name Emzara means "mother of Sarai a spelling variation of "sire" the male parent of an animal, especially a stallion or bull kept for breeding, so she is connected to Animal husbandry the branch of agriculture concerned with animals that are raised for meat, fiber, milk, or other products.
