I lived in protection mode my whole life. I've spent most of my time alone. Every effort for progress, change and growth was sabotaged and used to humiliate, degrade and control me and then my kids. The decades of extreme bullying from every resource, connection and authority put us in constant danger. I've healed in the midst of it. YT meditations, affirmations and videos like this solidify my resolve to "be me." Loise Hays book, 'Heal Your Body' opened my eyes and my healing journey. Stoicism resonates as it's all about personal power. Sending mass love, respect, strength and healing to all you fellow soul warriors. You deserve it!❤

My father acts in passive aggressive behavior towards me he loves gaslighting and playing mind games. He wonders why I can't trust or wanna be around him.
