This is what I have been saying. Everyone is chatting but the warriors will prove everyone ring like last year and I have been saying that wisesman will be good throughout everything. Curry’s injury is a blessing in disguise as it has allowed the team especially the young players like ty,PBJ and wiseman to grow. We will do what’s the Celtics did last year have a horrible first half to the season but amazing second and that started on Christmas day. But we will win the championship and proved them all wrong again!

@@seijimatsuda6936 hes not horrible though. like the OP said, he has improved in every aspect. The problem is Steve kerr is a goof and is wasting Wisemans opportunity to grow. He played him a total of 7 minutes last night. I’ve always said he’s had a high ceiling. Two things I hope we see from him is grit and hard work. He already had the raw talent so he’ll be a offensively skilled player. I think people have to realize that Wiseman hasn't even played a full season in the nba yet even if you combine all the nba games he's played so far. The more playing time he gets, the better he'll get (we're already seeing improve in many areas of the game, as you mentioned in this video). Now, will he become a superstar? That remains to be seen. He's certainly got the talent and athleticism, but I think it's way too early to tell. I like what I see from him so far (there are negatives to his game, but some of that is due to his youth and inexperience), but he's essentially still a rookie so I'm not gonna jump the gun quite yet

expect? I don't understand the disrespect on the warriors, they are literally the DEFENDING Champs, and they are THE WARRIORS, they just won the chip. And everyone is always counting out the warriors when THEY JUST WON THE CHIP! It's always like that, they want more explosive regular season games than dominance in playoffs / finals. Many clowns can't see what actually is GREAT and/or BEST. The narratives are always against the Warriors when it's the Warriors (Steph) is the reason why many people watch NBA. when I say Warriors it's more likely going toward Steph, NBA keep disrepecting the reason why many people watch NBA in the first place. Steph is the NBA. I can't understand why they are so unfair to someone that sells them.

Wiseman has looked great in his last 3-4 games and I really hope he can keep it up and continue carving out a role for himself here. We're definitely gonna need him when we can't rely on Curry and Klay anymore. The other thing is that, all this talk about being the 8th seed... I'm hoping it won't even come to that. As of right now, the west is wide open and the Warriors are only a game and a half behind the 6th seed.

The Warriors have actually won 2 in a row since this video was produced, and are sitting at .500, and are only FIVE games from first place, as they are currently sitting in the 10th spot. Think about that, sitting in the 10th spot and only being 5 games out of first place. Great video and Wise has shown that by treating the G-League stint as an opportunity rather than a threat, as well as by working hard and learning from his coaches/teamates that he can massively impact games without the ball in limited minutes due to his incredible physicality. Just like we're starting to see with JK the scoring and highlight plays will come, but only after developing a strong foundation of high IQ, defensive and selfless team-first basketball that stars will shine as bright as talent allows. They seem to appreciate that they're learning to win on a dynastic team and not getting upset about many of their peers who're putting up great numbers due to already being the best players on average teams. I think we'll finish above the play-in spots although an early round meeting against the overrated Grizzlies and the chance to eliminate them again is a very exciting prospect.

Don’t forget Steph who’s a comeback story in his own right. Don’t forget that he came back stronger after winning one MVP, to win a second one. Don’t forget that he came back from an injury mid-playoffs to help get the dubs come back from being down 3-1 to get past a powerhouse OKC squad in the WC Finals. And then after two lost seasons due to injuries, they came back and won another 🏆.

He was never the problem with the second unit to start the season. The team decided to go with moody, kuminga, JMG and wiseman with Poole and hope that would work. Wiseman was never going to be traded since the warriors changed their entire coaching staff to make it help the young guys and develop them. The problem though is that you haven't mentioned anything about how the warriors are terrible on road games. So if they're on the bottom seed, the other team will have home court advantage and that's a little concerning. If the warriors can't string together some road game wins, I'd be worried in the playoffs. And I'm speaking as a warriors fan and from the bay area. Don't get me wrong, I still have hope and believe in them. Just being cautious and realistic in terms of how the seasons been going.

They still need a little more time to develop so curry injury will help by giving more minutes to atleast another player and with Wiggins out will also help another player learn the roles

James Wiseman needs to be in a situation where he has to be played and allowed to grow. He needs to be on a team that will allow him to make his mistakes and grow to be the player within or not. Can he now shock the league? Thanks Golden State. Just another perspective.

Forget about 8 seed or play in game …Warriors just had a great home stand and are currently 19-18 , only 5 games out of 1 seed. Very close in the West . I could easily see them finishing in the middle somewhere. Kings , Blazers , Clippers are not going to hold up just because they are who they are. Suns , Mavericks , Grizz rely on a “superstar” player and are an injury away from slipping down in the standings.

I thought his handlers did him a disservice by advising him to not come back from suspension at Memphis. He was eligible to come back 2nd semester. He needed to play, he was green. That was mistake one.

NBA is a show me league. Show up ,make plays ,win rings . Thing is whether or not Wiseman is the 1rst 5th or 12th option on offense ,Defense wins championships. Unless Steph is on your team. Hate to think about a Stephless W's team but that day will come.

There is no doubt a continuing disconnect between how James is comfortable playing and the small role that team has envisioned for him. The 30 pts against the Nets only mean't something to him. It was good for his confidence but meaningless for the team and the rest of the league. His offensive potential has never been in question just his lack of fundamental skills and on court IQ. The last few games have been perhaps the start of a real turn around. Solid productive minutes even when he doesn't even touch the ball on offense. He has been setting better screens learning to use his size and athleticism, fouling less and grabbing rebounds like a guy his size should. Overall though expectations should still be kept in check. Until Steph retires the offense will revolve around him so James is going to have to be content with getting his offense where he can in the flow of the game. He just needs to focus on the defense and running the floor every game. The absolute best case scenario this season is that his progression continues and he's able to provide 8-10 solid minutes in the playoffs in the matchups where it makes sense.

James Wiseman isn't a bust! Anybody who ever wrote an article claiming he was, should have immediately been fired for being unqualified to asses NBA ability.
