Could do without the whole "equality" thing given women's sports generally need the men's as a crutch, and feminists neglect figure skating and gymnastics where the women rule. I do like mixed curling as surprisingly that is a relaxing sport, like golf though social media LGPA doesn't really do their highlights well.

This is only season 1. My first reaction was the same! HE's been my CAP for years (with Ketel Marte's swing). But they had to get the pioneers in season 1, you can't tell the story of the negro leagues without Buck Oneil, Robinson, Foster, and Paige

That's awesome. I've been to the negro leagues museum and it was pretty cool. Also the jazz museum is on the other side of the building and that was awesome too. If your ever in KC you'll have to visit them. The Nelson Atkins museum of art is awesome as well. Oh and don't forget the science center at union station or the KC zoo.

Um, the best MLB allstars would routinely lose to the negro leagues. You have to understand: There were players who were far better than Jackie Robinson and Willie Mays. I recently visited the negro league museum a couple of months ago, the talent in that league was incredible. So your rankings list, i'm not saying who should move up or down, but just do some research.

This is going to be dope, as a Cuban American, this is a dream come true. Lots don't know that during that era, black Americans played in Cuba because they didn't experience the bs that was going down in the US. Cuban players were favored to play in the Negro Leagues cuz they opened the doors for players to stay at better hotels using Cuban players to desegregate the situation. The NY Cubans were a powerhouse and the precursor to the NY Giants and then the Mets

@@edwardpeak8481 Back in the 1920s there was a lot of segregation and racism back then so “colored”/“black” people weren’t allowed to play Major League Baseball. So someone I don’t know the name of created a league so that black people could play, and it was called the “negro leagues”. Players like Hank Aaron and Jackie Robinson played there before making it to the MLB.

@ I'm not sure the NPB has rights to control the brands of its own teams to tell you the truth. For TV, they all have numerous different TV agreements to the point where they're all airing on different, competing television stations; sometimes home games are broadcast on multiple stations in the same market! So not only would those wanting the license need to get the licensing permissions from the Pacific and Central Leagues separately, but I would also imagine they'd also need to get permission from each of the team owners to utilize its brand marks and business names within the game as well because the name of the corporation is in the team name. Whereas the MLB license is probably joined together, licensing of NPB I think would be scattered. However.... Konami has continued putting Ohtani, Maeda, Akiyama, Tsutsugoh, etc. as "legend players" in their games (presumably individually) after they've gone to MLB while they're still in the Show under the MLBPA license. Koshien tournament would be much easier imo to implement in something like Storyline mode in The Show.
