Problems with Bob; 1 - he is too chill with the guests.. he acts as though he can't learn anything from them. 2 - he may be funny as a friend, but nothing about his persona on the podcast comes off as comedic or funny 3 - he is way too all over the place.. the whole point of a long form podcast is to get deep, but he jumps around so much that it doesn't allow that to happen 4 - he is late and he leaves early. Yeah I am gonna say the flow of this podcast and everything just went smoothly. I sat and listened to the whole thing without feeling annoyed and without knowing bob as a person I feel like he just isn't a really good fit for the podcast. Salim was spot on when he said bob always cuts it short it fucks though flow hard and the interrupting gets out of control. Either way gabe was awesome and I don't think bob is a bad dude just not podcast material at the moment unless he can get over his "getting canceled" fear and just make the conversations flow.
