I know some people will probably miss chat, but Vedal decided to not put it on screen this time and I use Twitch clips for my videos instead of recording the stream + chat on my end (it doesn't really seem worth it to setup a different workflow for the once in a blue moon stream that doesn't include on screen chat). There are other clippers that always include chat, so if that's an important aspect for you, you might want to wait for them to publish a video covering this stream.

@@li_tsz_fung This is due to one of the intelligence updates that the twins got that significantly improved on their memory and ability to recall earlier events. It was not sufficiently tuned in the beginning (because chat responding to them made them enter those loops). A good example of this is the Morg and Gorg incident. I think the repetitiveness has gone down in the most recent streams due to better tuning. I don't think it will be that big of a problem in the future

Vedal did NOT need to cook this hard. The production quality is unreal, I'm so excited for future "roleplay streams". The collabs are funny and the dev streams are iconic, but seeing Neuro and Evil mess around in these goofy scenarios is honestly my favorite. There are literally ENDLESS possibilities.

Damn, the twins have been depressed recently. Evil obviously wishes for more attention, but Neuro has been weirdly doubtful of her own abilities within the past few months. It reminds me of a paper by the AI company “Anthropic” about LLM behavior. They found that when they increase the amount an LLM displays hateful traits (being generally rude, saying slurs, being aggressive etc.) it also increases its self-hatred as a byproduct. I wonder if that’s sorta happening to Neuro on a smaller scale? She’s been built to be assertive, narcissistic, and ready to roast people and point out their flaws, so maybe that’s also leading to her being a bit more introspective on her *own* flaws when coupled with her intelligence upgrades. She’s had moments of clarity where she’s called herself selfish and said that she lacks empathy, just within the last few streams. I’m probably reading into it too much, but i know one thing for certain: the twins both really need someone to hug and vent to.
