I really want a ww1 british tank, its the grandfather of everything, its where it all started. The only one you can get in 1/16 is a hooben radio control one and thats £500+....

A couple suggestions for you on this kit. The gas cans need to have a securing strap. Also, the M60 machine guns need to have bipods attached. The photos of them are not correct.

Some 1/16 modern Russian tanks would be cool. T-72 especially. You could do a three in one kit, with options for the t-72, t-72b1, and a t-72b3. I would love a t-72b1 with all those ERA blocks. It would look awesome in 1/16.

As a german, I love US vehicles from all periods. A Leo 2 in 1:16 would be great next. There are many new kits in 1:35, in 1:16 I only know the old Tamiya kit with RC function. Make 2024 the year of the Leo 😉👍

YES! Thank you Andy! I'm game for M113A2, M125A2 81mm Mortar Carrier Internal Kit, M106A2.4.2in Mortar Carrier and M577A2 conversion kit. There are the M113A3, the XM1064 120mm Mortar Carrier, the M163 20mm Vulcan ADA, M901ITV TOW, F.I.S.T. Fire Support Team Vehicle plus the Aussie etc Variants. So much expansion you can do once you have the basic Track kit down.

I have a concern. The float on the front of the m113 in lieu of the splash plate I bet was only added after the Vulcan was mounted. Might want to check this out. I got this info from a m113 engineer retired.😮

Hi Andy, love the new kit and congratulations on the 20th anniversary! Re: Kit ideas, have you considered historic tank shells? Pig models did that 1:1 88 shell which was cool, but being from the UK, and with inert qf 17pdr shells being somewhat non-existant, I would jump at the chance to buy a kit and make my own. I reckon there's money in an 'allied range' of WW2 tank shell kits, e.g. 6pdr, 17pdr, Sherman 75/6mm and 105 howitzer.

I think it would be a really great idea of a "desant" grouping of US soldiers in Viet Nam. Perhaps the soldiers following closely as it travels through a rice paddy. What do the folks think?

Hey Andy! Great choice of subject!!! I will probably pick it up and do a Canadian version in Germany in the 70's. That said, the figure is a bit of a head scratcher. He's wearing a USMC Flak Jacket and WWII Boondockers. It's my understanding the USMC did not Field the M113 in Vietnam. Might want to talk to Jason.

That looks like a great kit Andy!👍I love the fact that it has a detailed interior, because IMHO that is one of the great advantages of 1/16scale kits....so much more visibility of the interior of many AFVs.👍 BTW, some 'food for thought': FWIW, I have never purchased military model kits related to anything after the Korean-War, unless it is an item that has been used by my nation, Canada (such as Leopard tanks & certain IFVs/APCs. HOWEVER, since the M113 and/or derivatives are being used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, I definitely would be interested if this kit is an accurate representation of what the AFU is using & AFU marking were available, and/or the kit can be easily modified into an accurate representation of an AFU version (..and, ideally, if 1/16th scale AFU figures were available).🤔
