The new 2023 MAZDA CX-50 SUV build in Alabama, US

The new 2023 MAZDA CX-50 is the newest product from Mazda, and the first vehicle to be build at the Mazda-Toyota factory in Alabama.

I don't understand the idea that Mazda will replace the cx5. Who would replace their best selling model? Would Toyota scrap the Camry or Rav 4? Would Honda replace the Accord? Never. A lit of marketing, time, and money goes into building a best seller. Discarding one would be suicidal. What's better is to have the CX5 continue to be a best seller for Urban enthusiasts and then to have the CX50 for the rural outdoorsy crowd. Then you have 2 great models instead of one.

Ugly exterior and interior. Looks like it caught some of the Toyota DNA. Looks cheap.
