I shuffled the Apex sleeves at UP’s booth at MCvegas. They were really nice. Can’t wait for rad licensed art.

Besides shuffle feel, what are the other characteristics of the Apex sleeves? Are they glossy? Do they glare easily? Do they get dirty? etc.

You are absolutely correct, I missed covering these details. I'm redoing the review and will be posting it soon. To answer your questions right now, they are matte (apparently glossy will be available as well), glare is minimal, and they don't get too dirty. They also fit cards very well. 100 double sleeved (with KMC perfect fits) will fit in a Boulder 100+. They come 105 in a box. I've had them on my draft kit for almost 3 months now and they are only now just starting to get dirt on them. And I draft at least once a week, often more than once. The curv sleeves concept is amazing! I always stab my hands with sleeves, especially when theyäre fresh out the box. They might be on to something here, god damn it

I just want some solid colors from sleeves. What bothers me with dragonshield is that they just randomly stop making a color, and then they make another color that they stop making, its insane. Also why is aurora so close to mint? Meanwhile none of my stores has lime green. I also wanted to get some light purple sleeves but it seems I can only find regular purple now which is honestly very dark. Is it too much to ask for a light and dark version of the main colors, and then maybe some pastels/neons? I think it must be. I also got heavy play sleeves. I still need to test them, but the concept appealed to me, as I would like to save my hands from getting stabbed by corners as much as possible. Do the ultrapro apex sleeves have their annoying ultrapro dot on them? I hate that.

So far they are only the 30th anniversary art. I'm not sure if they will come out with just colors later. And they are completely different than the eclipse. Whole new formula. I hope that helps!
