This plug-in is great for getting your vocal to a good spot for further processing. I always have gain automation/vocal riding, initial compression, saturation, and de-easing towards the beginning of my vocal chain. This plug-in simplifies my workflow by about -4/5 plug-ins. I’m really enjoying it!

great for tracking the vocal while recording and playback .... BUT not enough control for actual mixing.

Nice but list Price €125.54 is a little too steep for a rider and comp/sat tool if you ask me...

I'm skeptical heavily of this plugin for its use case on a lead vocal. The rider of course I can see the idea. But the focus on saturation and soften... idk. I'm very picky on saturation I currently use 2 different plugins for it that aren't as well known but have the most analog character I could find. 1 is free and 1 is paid. The interface, I think, is what throws me off.

Yeah seems good for beginners but I want to have control of the color of my vocal and the frequencies of the multiband and de-esser

@essengerbionicle If not for music but for videos or streams speechy it's a paid app but has very strange in depth control once you expirement with it.

hi , can this plugin be used in live recording with 0 latency settings ( on an Apollo x4 for instance ? )

The "recording mode" feature in Voca is zero latency, so I would assume so - JC

Easy to use, but its price is way too high. Should be under $50 for certain type of plugins.

doing your ow vocal chains is the best thing to do for that price ultravox from leapwing kills it that sonnox is gonna be good on well recorded vocals compression plugins whit predefined eq curves will not work for all kinds of material 2 nice compressors one transient shaper one saturator one desser and eq wil always give you better results

The problem i have here is.. Sure it sounds like it works on an already great vocal probably recorded with a high end microphone.. And i get it.. U guys are trying 2 sell to new producers that have no idea what there buying.. Only thing they are thinking is there 100 dollar mics will sound as good as the 3000 microphone used for this demo.. Well.. We know that's not gonna be true.. Its a $90 plugin that should only be $20 in my opinion

I tried it on a badly recorded vocals. I really wanted not to like it. But it just works great. Especially on backing vocals.slap this plugin, boom, done, move on. Saturation is very nice and not harsh at all. Sonnox never costs 20 bucks for a reason. You really overuse their plugins after you buy them. 90 bucks is a bit too much, but considering faster workflow it may be worth it. I think it will take a couple of years before it goes on sale
