Straight up, over 10000 miles on my 21 Bronco and it’s crawled, muddled and hit whoops with some jumping. It’s fucking incredible! Worth the wait (not the American markup gouging but I’m Canadian 😅). I’ve owned some very fun vehicles, the closest being a long travel Gen 1 Raptor. It was crazy but it took serious modification and wasn’t daily liveable, hence why I sold it a few years ago. The Bronco though……. Holy fuck! Out the gate I know I don’t NEED to upgrade it to get into serious trouble… it does 90% of the stuff I liked to do in my Raptor but…. Is insanely comfortable. Gets fantastic mileage for a truck with 35s. Has excellent interior tech. Incredible, but more so, useful Offroad tech. Is narrow enough to fit on quad trails. Can crawl through just about anything and absolutely eats bumps even when you bottom out at full speed (like on a whoop). And daily driving, it’s just fun. I’m not going to lie, I wanted to like it. But I fucking love it. It exceeded my expectations and they were really damn high! Hope they’re able to produce more and that more of y’all can get your hands on them!

Sasquatch, 2.7? Curious where you offroad in canada, surely better/less developed into strip malls everywhere than usa. I wish they had a solid axle v8 version, would be badass too. Realistically though for probably 95+% of people the ifs makes more sense. But i would prefer a solid axle to keep wheels on the ground more. Ifs makes sense to me for high speed offroad, but i dont think thats a great idea in a 40k plus vehicle that is heavy, has many airbags that could deploy, and that you rely on for transportation. Its truely amazing what the side by sides can do now. For the reasons above, i think the bronco raptor, like the svt raptor, will make little sense for most. Unless you live near whooped out trails, you arent going to benefit much from having spent the premium over regular f150s. Some f150s cost so much now though that the raptor makes more sense if you were comparing to high trim f150, since the raptor should lose less value over the years if keeping for a while, and its way cooler. But then people buy what they want, not what is practical. Like people buying dually diesels and they dont tow anything🙄

Si, los broncos muy bien.

Um...yes it can! Toyota and Ford both new about the possibility of chip shortage since the tsunami in 2011. Toyota decided they needed to stockpile a six to twelve month supply Incase of another disaster...like a world wide pandemic. What did Ford do? In 2019 on the eve of dropping the new Bronco they cancelled massive orders if chips because they thought there might be a recession in the early 2020s! Big mistake. Big.
@VictorDeveze2 жыл бұрын
@@altongehringer9858 funny you mention Toyota. They invented just in time manufacturing, which is why there’s a shortage of everything, not just chips. Toyota is the one that showed the whole world that stockpiling resources wasn’t making them any money in the short run. There’s shortage of Toyota vehicles as well, so it didn’t work for them too well.

@@VictorDeveze that's absolutely true and Ford copied almost every aspect of it...just not the chip part. I loved my old basic Bronco. Bullet proof 300 engine, bull low standard trans 4X4. That truck could go anywhere. Bucket seats and a massive center console, big as a cooler. We drilled a hole in console and floor pan and filled it with ice and refreshments, and off we'd go camping and fishing! Oh the good ole days! 😁

Screw me for finding a small dealer that wouldn't surprise me with an ADM. Reservation time stamp doesn't mean jack. It's not fair that they always say the blazer is a failure because it is not an off roader. The blazer is basically a Camaro SUV. Its purpose is not to be an off roader so they need to stop comparing it to the bronco because they are positioned in a completely different segment. It loses sales because of its price positioning but while GM does not get as many sales, they get more profit per unit. The blazer is doing well for what it was designed to do.
