Asking for a B average or your out is a fast way to be short on teammates. Some kids just didn't have the resources or ability to hold all their grades that high. I was one of them. I could barely average a b-/c+ and that was with after school help 2x a week for all 4 years. I had an invite to the baseball team but couldn't attend practices entirely because I was barely keeping my head above water. Tuesday and Thursday every week except summer for 4 years. Just to maintain a C or D some months in Algebra and it's after course.

both are, in a sense, right. the problem is that she made the last mistake. 1st. he is responsible of making sure they are ready for competition. maybe he could had said it in a better way but it's part of his work to tell them how to improve. 2nd. she's right that he should be more respectful if he wants to be respected. 3rd. she mocked him from the very start with the "don't be sorry, not your fault" 4th. claiming that she finds him "kind of cute" and that she's willing to grunt and sweat for a good looking guy, that's offensive as it can be. just think about it with gender reversed. If I said that I will follow my coach because she's good looking half the world would aks for my head because I'm being sexist. she did the same because she believes/believed her family name lets her do whatever she wants without repercusions. guess what? actions have repercusions and he doesn't give shit about being fired but refuses to coatch a little princess that doesn't want to damage her nail polish.
