Here you are the new Foo Fighters Drummer JOSH FREESE in a new and wonderful version of “All my Life”, after years of collaborations with high-calibre Punk and Alternative bands (such as Offspring, Paramore, Blink - 182, A Perfect Circle, Guns N' Roses etc ...) the legendary drummer nicknamed by colleagues “the whip” officially enters the heir to the late Taylor Hawkins .. a choice that according to many he himself would have approved.

Hahaha, the funny thing is Josh is just the obvious choice. Pro dude, session master for the last 3 decades. I love the story of how some small garage band booked a studio to lay down some tracks and their drummer didnt turn up, so Josh who just happend to be there filled in for them. I also love the Danny 'I better get back to practice' quip. That dude clearly is always practicing.

I’ve been a fan of the Fighters since the beginning. I remember when Taylor joined and records started flying through the roof. They got me through junior high, high school, and well past that. I learned guitar at age 6 and modeled myself after Dave Grohl because he views and explains music the exact same way I see it and apply to it. I picked up drums at the age of 10 and have been whittling sticks since. There’s a lot of hate from people towards Freese saying he’s not Taylor and “rushes the band”… but man, I saw them live a few years ago and Taylor rushed every song. BUT THAT’S JUST LIVE SHOWS! I think Freese is the perfect replacement! This video proves it. Take it from a drummer of almost 27 years… this is the guy 💪🏼

Been a Foo fan since 96’ I’ve honestly never heard of this drummer before but he is super energetics and just like with Taylor Hawkins they can play the shit out of some drums! And this new drummer has a bit of a razors edge to his sound which is amazing! And Taylor Hawkins was like the Hulk😉 and the joker with that is infectious smile , open mouth while drumming and you could feel every bit movement.. I get this from Josh Freese-the new Foo… 🥁
