Covering drainage will only work if Nigeria as a whole have a central sewage and drainage channel through which all liquid waste can be moved into the ocean, if they cover the gutters here, when rain falls Mayne in rivers or imo, it will carry wastes in these places and block that of abia and being covered it will be very difficult to clear it out. Lack of sewage system is why we also suffer typhoid

I visited umuahia last 2019 before I travelled. I will always be proud of my state because I know where am from and also seen almost all states in nigeria and Abia ranked among the top 5 develop state in nigeria. Though the enemies (especially some fellow igbos) always want Abia to been seen as good for nothing state. They always exaggerate the negative side of Abia state as if their own state is london

No nigeria has the morale right to tell us that our state is not good because I've been to few developed and developing countries and trust me, nigeria has a long way to go in terms of infrastructure. Even the almighty Lagos state is a sham compare to other cities of the Africa not more of the world

Na wa o! From one city to another, from one state to another, no governor is or has been spectacular with the needed change Nigerians crave for ! Only to tar road our governors know! And I am TALKING ABOUT THE WHOLE 36 state Governors!! Pick ANY Nigerian state capital at random! Where are the majestic buildings to flank the main streets? Una no dey see England? Una no dey see France? What about Dubai? Is this lady speaking on the video trying to provoke people??? What is beautiful about this city? Just ramshackle shacks and derelict buildings on either side of the road!! Let one state governor build a city in Nigeria, be it in the north east west or south, so all of us can come and congregate there like it is overseas!! We are wasting plenty time in this country!!! 24 years of democracy and onto our 5th presidency ! Something has to show!! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!

Aba should have been the capital of Abia state. Umuahia is way behind in development. Only a few good roads, the rest is jungle and primitive.

Jungle?? Primitive?? Do u live in Umuahia?? That's a tard too negative for a description and, its definitely not that bad..That was the very reason it was chosen to be the state capital of Abia! Umuahia has the capacity to be a state capital that will be the environment of other states but, becos of bad governance, it didn't happen but, I believe H.E Dr Alex Otti will keep to his promise to give Umuahia a much needed face lift! I know Umuahia will change beautifully and, soon too!
