I’ve played for 8 years and have never been hit that hard. No helmet you can use right now can save you from concussions but they can help

The problem w this test is that it’s only measuring outside impact damage, not internal damage happening to the skull. To make a proper test they need to use a crash test dummy that simulates the head and neck with a simulated skull and brain with sensors to see what the internal forces are being felt on frontal, side and rear impacts.

Also it dosen't take into consideration the amount of force being absored into the skull, Also a person neck is not that flimsy, Yes the neck would move a little if you hit someone in the side of the head like that but it would not stretch that far, Your neck muscle would naturally stiffen up and resist the force of from the impact so your neck would not move that much.

I have a school assigned xenith helmet and I got a concussion in a game but the hit wasn’t insanely hard but I need a new helmet bad so hopefully this helmet helps. I want to get either a speedflex or a shutt f7

I understand the importance of reducing concussions. I also coach youth football. That is not a realistic force simulation.

If you truly want it safer, take off the helmets and hard plastic pads. Rugby players don’t often get concussions because they don’t use their heads as weapons. Football players don’t have pads, they wear weapons. Remove all of it and the game would nearly eliminate the CTE problems because head injuries will be a thing of the past. They can wear soft padded helmets to protect against forehead cuts and cauliflower ears Do a search for no pad football leagues. They are exciting!

Alot of pro football players got more serious injuries and died before football players wear helmets,In American football players hit harder because Americans usual weigh more than rugby players because of the muscle and stay in shape alot more than rugby player, The Bigger an object the more impact is pushed into an object,

I got these special sneakers... they let you jump off buildings with no problem. If you don't believe this... you shouldn't believe in concussion proof helmets.
